Updated 2020 Blue Cross Fee Schedule, Effective Today!
MAC Members Can Access a List of Frequently Used Codes and Their Updated Fees on the MAC Website

MAC members can now access the new Blue Cross TRUST fee schedule in the “Member Resources” section of the MAC website, www.chiromi.com. The new fees are effective today, July 1, 2020.

The MAC Insurance Committee has created a useful resource for you of commonly used CPT codes, including codes for Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy, Evaluation & Management, Physical Medicine, and Radiology. This new fee schedule applies to services provided to Traditional, TRUST and Blue Preferred Plus members, regardless of customer group.

CARES Act Provider Relief Fund: Medicaid and CHIP Allocation
HHS to Distribute $15 Billion to Eligible Providers That Participate in State Medicaid/CHIP Programs or Medicaid Managed Care Plans, But Did Not Get Funds from the General Distribution Allocation

If you have not received any payments from the CARES Act Provider Relief Fund General Distribution allocation to date, you may be eligible to receive funds now available to providers that participate in state Medicaid/CHIP programs or Medicaid managed care plans.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Eligible applicants must meet ALL of the following six requirements:

  1. Must not have received payment from the $50 billion General Distribution
  2. Must have either (i) directly billed their state Medicaid/CHIP programs or Medicaid managed care plans for healthcare-related services during the period of January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2019, or (ii) own (on the application date) an included subsidiary that has either directly billed their state Medicaid/CHIP programs or Medicaid managed care plans for healthcare-related services during the period of January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2019
  3. Must have either (i) filed a federal income tax return for fiscal years 2017, 2018 or 2019 or (ii) be an entity exempt from the requirement to file a federal income tax return and have no beneficial owner that is required to file a federal income tax return. (e.g. a state-owned hospital or healthcare clinic)
  4. Must have provided patient care after January 31, 2020
  5. Must not have permanently ceased providing patient care directly, or indirectly through included subsidiaries
  6. If the applicant is an individual, have gross receipts or sales from providing patient care reported on Form 1040, Schedule C, Line 1, excluding income reported on a W-2 as a (statutory) employee
